Professional Experience
With more than a decade of experience in intellectual property law, Wu has built a comprehensive practice spanning patents, trademarks, and copyrights. He has managed over 1,400 IP matters, including more than 400 litigation and enforcement cases and nearly 1,000 patent applications. Wu has represented clients in IP disputes across multiple jurisdictions in China, including specialized IP courts in Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen. His dual role as both lawyer and patent agent allows him to provide full-spectrum IP services—from applications and invalidations to courtroom enforcement.
